Billing & Refund Terms

Draft pending legal review. These terms describe how the credit system is intended to operate and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

These Billing & Refund Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to paid, pay-as-you-go Ora accounts operated by Braintied Inc. (“Braintied,” “we,” or “us”). By creating a paid account or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms.

1. Credits

Ora runs on prepaid credits. New accounts may receive a one-time allotment of free starter credits. Credits are consumed when your assistant performs work (for example, generating a reply or running a tool). One credit equals $0.01 of usage. We may adjust the per-action credit cost as underlying provider costs change; material changes will be reflected on the pricing page before they take effect.

2. Top-ups & payment

You add credits by purchasing a top-up. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Credits are added to your balance once payment is confirmed.

3. Expiry

Purchased credits remain available on your account and do not expire while your account is in good standing. Free starter credits may be subject to a separate expiry shown at the time they are granted.

4. Refunds

Credits are prepaid for usage and are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@braintied.com within 30 days and we will review the charge in good faith. Unused, unexpired credits may be eligible for a discretionary refund at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer rather than contacting us first, we may suspend your account and any associated assistants pending resolution. Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback so we can help.

6. Insufficient balance

When your credit balance reaches zero, your assistant pauses new work until you top up. Conversations and data are retained; service resumes automatically once credits are added.

7. Changes

We may update pricing and these terms from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the change takes effect and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
